Matrix Imaging Engineers are certified in all the products we represent. If you don't currently have a support contract and need support, please contact us by phone (800.399.7144, Option 2, 1) or click on Contact and complete the form so we can understand your requirements. Per-incident assistance is available at $150.00 for the first call (up to 1 hour in duration) and $150.00 per hour (billable in 15-minute increments) thereafter. We require written authorization prior to providing Tech Support, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Annual support contracts are also available.
